If you're not fully satisfied with the product or the results within 90 days of your purchase, you are entitled to return it for a complete refund.
We recommend that users follow the recommended usage in the product manual for at least one month before starting to return the product. Most users will notice a significant reduction in hair growth after one month of consistent use.
Please note that IPL treatments may not work for everyone as results depend on hair colour and skin tone. We strongly recommend that you check the applicability chart on our official website before purchasing.

Return Requirements
Prerequisites
To ensure that your return request is processed smoothly, please ensure that you meet the following qualifications
Time Requirements
Return requests must be made within 90 days of the date of delivery of the product.
Product Condition
- Products may be used but must be in good condition.
- The product should be in its original packaging, including any accompanying accessories, manuals, and giveaways (if applicable).
- If the product is damaged due to a manufacturing defect or during shipping, it is not subject to the above product condition requirements.
Proof of Purchase
- Your order number.
- Provide a valid reason for your return or exchange.
- Specify the quantity of products you intend to return.
- For exchanges, indicate the desired color and model.
- Attach clear photos of the product(s) to enable us to assess their condition.
- If you have retained the original packaging, include photos showing its condition.
- If the original packaging is not available, clearly mention this in the email or 'description' section of the form for further assessment.
Non-Refundable Situations
Although we offer an extensive return policy, refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
Damage to the product caused by abnormal use (such as misuse, abuse, neglect or unauthorised repair).

Return Process
Return Requests:

Please detail the reason for the return and attach proof of purchase and relevant pictures (e.g. damaged product).
Returns Confirmation:
Upon receipt of your return request, our customer service team will contact you within 2 working days to confirm the eligibility of the return.
Upon confirmation, we will provide you with return instructions and a pre-paid shipping return label (if applicable).
Return Shipping
Please return the product and all related items (e.g. packaging, accessories, etc.) as instructed. Make sure the product is properly protected during shipping.
You will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipping status of your return.
Return Acceptance and Refund
Returned products will be inspected within 5-7 business days of receipt to ensure compliance with return conditions.
